150 food packages for residents of Bilozerske in Donetsk region

150 food packages are our support for the parish of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in the frontline city of Bilozerske, Donetsk region. The aid was received by parishioners, local residents and displaced persons who turned to the community for help.

Each package includes: sunflower oil – 2 litres, buckwheat, rice, sugar, canned fish – 2 cans, canned sweet corn and green peas, tomato paste, condensed milk.

The frontline city of Bilozerske has become a temporary refuge for a large number of displaced persons from Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad. Many of them have no place to return to — their homes have been destroyed or seriously damaged. Bilozerske itself is also going through difficult times: shelling, emergency rescue and search operations continue unabated. Prices for everything are rising, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to survive. People are forced to seek any kind of help and moral support.

Our assistance is a sign of support, care and solidarity with those who continue to live and cope in the conditions of war.
