At the request of the medical workers, 1,000 bottles of drinking water were delivered to the patients of the Pokrovsk Clinical Hospital of Intensive Care, in particular to its perinatal center. The water was distributed to women in labour and pregnant women receiving treatment there.
We would like to remind that the most difficult situation with drinking water is in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region, caused by the destruction of the dam and filtration system of the Karlivka reservoir during the war. It is impossible to restore them because of the proximity to the frontline. The taps supply only technical water, and only on an hourly basis, and the water from wells and boreholes is of poor quality.
We continue providing drinking water to residents of frontline villages. Our goal is to supply 10 tonnes of drinking water to Pokrovsk.
