On the Feast of Baptism of the Lord, the Fund provided drinking water for residents of Dobropillya, Myrnohrad and Biletske in Donetsk region.
We would like to remind that the difficult situation with drinking water in the Pokrovsk district was caused by the destruction of the Karlivka filtration plant and dam. The Karlivka filtration plant supplied water to Bilozerske, Biletske, Hirnyk, Dobropillya, Myrnohrad, Novohrodivka, Pokrovsk, Selydove, Ukrainsk and neighbouring villages. Currently, residents of the district receive water from a modular filtration station that purifies mine water.
Over the past six months, the Fund has already donated 20 tonnes of drinking water to the frontline communities of Pokrovsk district, and it continues to help.
