Winter decided to remind us about itself adding frost and snow to the spring days. Therefore, the warmth and hot food, as in winter time, remain the urgent necessities for poor and needy people, and especially for those who live in the frontline areas.
The Favor Foundation gave help to the communities of Makarovsky church and Church of St Spiridon of Trimiphunt in Toretsk. The parishes were provided with:
-Food, such as canned meat and fish, tomato paste, sunflower oil and disposable tableware. The sisters of parish calculated that this food would be enough for preparing hot meals during a month. Two parishes together feed up to 100 people every day.
-Firewood – the purchased 8 cubic metres of firewood guarantee heating and cooking during the whole month.
