A series of charity masterclasses by the Favor Foundation and the Kyiv restaurant «Galushka» continues.
Little chefs are cheerful and enthusiastic, working hard and fast. And when a masterclass is taught by a nationwide renowned chef, the brand chef of «Galushka» restaurant, Andrii Dromov himself, the training turns into a whole culinary adventure with entertainment.
According to Andrii Dromov, galushky are “…not just pieces of dough, but the important gastronomic page of the culinary encyclopedia of Ukraine.» It’s so good when a real master introduces our children to this wonderful book. Now they will never confuse a Poltava galushka with a dumpling or ravioli. And the main thing is that they won’t forget about a very important ingredient in the dish that the chef told them about. And this is… of course, the love. Without it, no dish will have a full taste.
